| The mission of PANE is to seek to develop a support network for Nurse Educators working in a variety of practice settings. Disseminate information about educational activities and programs related to health and healthcare. Provide continuing educational activities and programs to enchance the role and function of Nurse Educators. Provide collaborative efforts for the development of education services that benefit healthcare providers, professionals, and the healthcare community. |
| PANE is a not for profit organization and is an affiliate member of the National Nursing Staff Development Organization (NNSDO). Various programs and activities are supported to promote the visibility and viability of the Nurse Educator. According to our bylaws, four members are elected officers to serve as president, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Officers may serve more than one term (year). | Membership eligibility includes nurses from hospitals, home health agencies, nursing homes, hospice, technical and professional schools, community health agencies, and independent Nurse Educators. Membership includes Nurses who have the responsibility for the education of nurses, ancillary staff and other healthcare providers, or professionals. Membership benefits include reduced registration fees for P.A.N.E. sponsored programs. Membership fee is $20.00 annually, due each September or when a new member joins. |
